Live Mobile LLC recently opened a new location at 20 Midtown in Birmingham.
The business is an AT&T Authorized Retailer, and is located at 306 20th St. S. in the development that already includes apartments, a Starbucks and a Chipotle restaurant.
“This is another huge step in the right direction,” said Ward Neely of SRS Real Estate Partners, who represented Live Mobile in the transaction. “Birmingham has been supportive of food retail in the early stages of the downtown rebirth. A commitment from a non-food national retailer is additional confirmation that the Magic City’s revitalization is still moving full steam ahead.”
Martin Smith of SRS represented the landlord in the transaction.
“We are very excited to be opening our newest AT&T Authorized Retailer store in downtown Birmingham, and look forward to providing exceptional service and convenience to all our existing and future customers that live, work, or play in the heart of downtown Birmingham,” said Rick Beasley, CEO of Live Mobile, in a prepared statement.
Live Mobile will be open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Work is underway on the second building at the 20 Midtown development, which will contain a much-anticipated Publix Super Market store, as well as more apartment units.
