Randall Copeland, Nathan Tate and brothers Bradley and Brooks Anderson have leased a 2,315 square-foot space in Oak Cliff for an “American bistro with a soft French accent” called Left Bank.
Copeland and Tate are executive chefs at the contemporary American restaurant in Rockwall, Restaurant AVA. The Anderson brothers own the Veritas Wine Bar on Henderson Avenue in Dallas. Their new concept will be located in the Bishop Arts District​ at the northeast corner of Bishop and West Eighth Street in Oak Cliff.
Left Bank is expected to open in March.
