SRS Real Estate Partners has completed the $7.5 million sale of a multi-tenant property in Kailua-Kona anchored by Planet Fitness.
SRS Vice Presidents Nicholas Paulic and AJ Cordero and Managing Principals Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther represented the seller, a private partnership.
“We received a number of offers on this generational asset,” Paulic said in a statement. “The sale of the property demonstrates that well-located multi-tenant assets with good real estate fundamentals are still in demand in today’s market.”
