New contributing editors for 2015 include company presidents Charlie Myers of MYCON General Contractors, Scott Beck of Beck Ventures, Greg Miller of Henry S. Miller Cos., and Justin Keane of Wynmark Commercial. Joseph Cahoon, director of SMU’s Folsom Institute for Real Estate also is on board, as are research experts Walter Bialas of JLL, Chris Summers of Xceligent Inc., and Ian Pierce of The Weitzman Group.

Ryan Johnson, vice president at SRS Real Estate Partners, joined the firm in 2004. He specializes in disposition services and tenant representation for major national retail clients throughout the South Central United States. Clients include Corner Bakery, Toys “R” Us, Target, Haverty’s, Kroger, and Auto Nation. Johnson earned a bachelor of science in economics and finance from Vanderbilt University.
Mark Reeder is executive vice president and market leader for SRS Real Estate Partners, which he joined in 2000. An annual top producer in the firm’s Dallas office, Reeder combines strategic planning with detailed transactional work for nationally recognized retail and restaurant clients. He focuses on national retailer and restaurant tenant representation for new store growth in Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding areas, as well as disposition requirements. Reeder is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
