Mandola’s opening third location

Mandola’s Italian Market has leased space at the Shops at Arbor Trails in Southwest Austin.
This will be the popular restaurant’s third location in Austin, following its market and eatery at The Triangle and its expansive restaurant in Driftwood. The newest location 6,000-square-foot restaurant will open early next year.
“There are very few restaurants of this size and caliber executing long-term leases in this market,” said Austin McWilliams, associate with SRS Real Estate Partners who represented landlord Independence Woods LLC in the deal. He said the lease “is an indication of the success of Mandola’s concept and of the real estate.”
Anchored by Costco, the Shops at Arbor Trails is located on the southwest corner of William Cannon Drive and MoPac Expressway.
Buddy Francese with Mutual Trust represented the tenant.
