Cisneros Restaurants, Inc. has leased the former Old Rips restaurant, a 3,500-square-foot space, for a Los Vaqueros restaurant.
The space is located on the southeast corner of West Berry Street and Cockrell Avenue, just east of South University Drive, in Fort Worth. It is adjacent to Fuzzy’s Taco Shop and Toppers Pizza.
Neighboring retailers include Kroger, Barnes & Noble and CVS/pharmacy. This will be the second location for Los Vaqueros in Fort Worth and it is scheduled to open in early July 2012.
Frank N. Bullock and Brad Gibbs with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant, Cisneros Restaurants, Inc. in the transaction. The landlord is Tug Hill Real Estate Partners, LP.
