Restaurants America, which owns Primebar in Uptown and Townhouse Kitchen + Bar in North Dallas, has leased 7,201 square feet of retail space at 1400 Hi Line Drive in the Design District of Dallas.
Michael Miller and Jason Puig with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant in the transaction. Earl Harris and Austin Schenkel with The Weitzman Group represented the landlord.
The tenant plans to use the space for a sports pub called Central Standard. The bar is slated to open fall 2012 on the ground floor of the building.
