Pie Five Pizza Co. has leased 2,196 square feet of retail space at College Park, a 20-acre mixed-use project between Pecan St. and Center St. south of UTA Boulevard in Arlington.
Campbell Foster and Daniel Taylor with CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction. Frank Bullock and Jack Burgher with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord.
