Pho Express has leased 3,457 square feet of retail space at UTA’s College Park, a 20-acre mixed-use project between Pecan St. and Center St. south of UTA Boulevard in Arlington.
Jennifer Tran of Avignon Realty represented the tenant, a Vietnamese-style noodle house. Frank Bullock and Jack Burgher with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord.
