NexGen Fitness has leased 2,184 square feet of space in a retail center at the northeast corner of Teel Parkway and Main Street in Frisco. Richard Davis with Ebby Halliday Realtors represented the tenant. Rick Ikeler and Jack Burgher with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord.
