Mellow Mushroom has leased 4,056 square feet of retail space in Gateway Plaza Shopping Center at State Highway 114 and East Southlake Boulevard.
The property is anchored by Kohl’s, TJ Maxx and Bed Bath & Beyond. Jason Puig and Mark Newman with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant in lease negotiations. David Lewis with Lincoln Property Co. represented the landlord, Inland Western Southlake.
