Mavs Sports Grill has leased 4,519 square feet of retail space at UTA’s College Park, a 20-acre mixed-use project between Pecan St. and Center St. south of UTA Boulevard in Arlington.
Jennifer Tran of Avignon Realty represented the tenant, a sports bar and grill concept with an average ticket price of $10 to $20. Frank Bullock and Jack Burgher with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord in the transaction.
