Hartman Income REIT has leased 2,200 square feet of retail space in Richardson Heights Shopping Center at Belt Line Road and North Central Expressway. Frank Bullock and Tyler Isbell of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT, in lease negotiations.
