Firecrust Neapolitan Pizzeria has leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at Knox Promenade at the corner of Knox Street and Central Expressway in Dallas. Jack Burgher of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Joe Pastora of Stockdale Investment Group represented the landlord, Knox Promenade LLC.
