Chicken Express has purchased a 1-acre retail site at the northwest corner of West Campbell Road and Lake Park Boulevard in Richardson.
Rick Ikeler and Brad Gibbs with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the buyer, Aubrey Ellington of Chicken Express, in the transaction. Dan Harris with Henry S. Miller Brokerage represented the seller, H-H Retail LLC.
Chicken Express is slated to begin construction later this summer. Other retailers in the area include Target, The Home Depot, and Natural Grocers.
