Bennigan’s has leased 7,316 square feet of retail space at Overton Park Plaza in Fort Worth.
Jason Puig and Michael Miller with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord is WRI Overton Park LLC.
This will be the seventh Texas location for Bennigan’s and the first location in Fort Worth. Construction on the space is slated to begin this month.
Overton Park Plaza is located along West Loop 820, north of South Hulen Street. Other tenants in the shopping center include Sprouts Farmers Market, T.J. Maxx, Goody Goody Liquors, and Petsmart.
