The three-building complex is located at 510-538 Lawrence Expy. in Sunnyvale, CA and consists of 28 tenants, including St. John’s Bar & Grill, Tasty Subs & Pizza, FedEx and Oakmead Dental.
Bob Quigley of SRS Real Estate Partners in San Jose, along with Albert Wang of Alpha Investment in Los Altos, represented the seller.
