Cypress Equities acquired 12.72 acres at the southwest corner of Lakeline Blvd. and Crystal Falls Pky. in Leander, TX where it will construct a 93,642-square-foot retail center known as the Crystal Falls Town Center.
The new retail development will be anchored by Randall’s, a Houston-based grocer that signed a lease for 63,182 square feet.
SRS Real Estate Partners will develop and lease the center. TJ Powell, Will Majors and Carson Hawley have been selected to market the available space on behalf of ownership.
Crystal Falls Town Center is scheduled to break ground late summer 2015 and deliver in September 2016.
