The first tenant has reared its head for a new shopping center being planned in Lake Nona's Medical City.
Hand & Stone massage and facial spas signed a lease for a 2,537-square-foot space at Vickrey Place, a retail development coming next to the Valencia College Lake Nona campus in the southeast Orlando master-planned community. The chain typically hires about 30 for each location.
Blake Hunter of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Hand & Stone in the lease deal, while Ginger Vetter and Joanne Ling with Tavistock Development represented the landlord.
