Inland American has leased a 2,000-square-foot space to Koko Fit Club at Prestonwood Town Center on the northeast corner of Belt Line Road and Montfort Drive in Dallas.
Lee Loftis and Jack Burgher with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, Inland American in the transaction. Beau Barkerding with The Weitzman Group represented the tenant, Koko Fit Club.
