Verdad Real Estate has bought the former Steak ‘n Shake location at 1921 S. Main St. in Keller, said SRS Real Estate Partners.
A new tenant has not yet leased the 3,885-square-foot store.
Mark Reeder and Ryan Johnson of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Steak ‘n Shake. Pete Podesta of United Commercial Realty represented Verdad Real Estate.
