Justice Clothing for Girls has leased a 4,000-square-foot space at Weatherford Ridge shopping center in Weatherford, Texas.
Dawn Greiner and Justin Schoellkopf with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant, Justice Clothing for Girls in the transaction. Jeremy Zidell with The Retail Connection represented the landlord, Weatherford I-20Main St., LP.
The shopping center is located on the northeast corner of IH-20 and SR 171 (Main Street) and is anchored by JC Penney, Belk and T.J.Maxx. Neighboring retailers include Walmart, The Home Depot and OfficeMax.
