Jefferson County Commission signed a 10-year lease for 10,460 square feet in the Hoover Court Shopping Center in Birmingham, AL.
The 50,159-square-foot retail plaza was built in 1967 and remodeled in 2004. Jefferson County Commission will be the largest tenant in the center, according to CoStar information.
Adam Baxter of SRS Real Estate Partners negotiated the transaction on behalf of the owner, RGS Properties.
