The former Bankston Dodge of Irving at the northwest corner of State Highway 183 and Carl Road in Irving has sold for an undisclosed price.
The property includes a two-building, 56,498-square-foot facility and about 25-acres of land. The site was sold to Cardwell Brothers Automotive Group.
Cardwell Brothers announced it plans to move its Chevy franchise, service operations and some used car sales to the property. The group also plans to update the space to include a full-service restaurant, wide-screen televisions and a gazebo.
