In-N-Out Burger nabs site in Grapevine

In-N-Out Burger, the popular California fast food chain that expanded into Dallas-Fort Worth as recently as last year, has purchased a nearly one-acre site in Grapevine for its next area location.

The company announced today it picked up a 38,000-square-foot pad site at the northeast corner of William D. Tate Avenue and Highway 114, which will be the site of its 16th location in the D-FW area.

Details on the construction timeline were not released Tuesday.

Mark Newman with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the In-N-Out in the transaction.  John Evans with John T. Evans Company represented the seller, Ball Street JV and Tate Street JV.

In-N-Out currently has 274 locations in five states in the Southwest, including California, Texas, Arizona, Nevada and Utah. It opened its first location in Texas – in Allen and Frisco – last May. It has since opened an additional 13 locations in the Metroplex.
