A coffee and ice cream shop is coming to Homewood.
Aden Café is coming to Wildwood Centre in Homewood, according to a news release. It will occupy 1,179 square feet of space next to Mr. Chang’s Chinese Restaurant.
Lyndsy Yim and Martin Smith with SRS Real Estate Partners’ Birmingham office represented the landlord, Wildwood Center Management, in the deal.
There is only one 10,360-square-foot space currently remaining at Wildwood Centre, according to SRS Real Estate Partners. In all, the shopping center is 194,560 square feet.
