HomeGoods, a TJX Cos. subsidiary and retailer of housewares, bedding and furniture, leased 24,880 square feet at Town Center Plaza in Kennesaw, GA. Motherhood Maternity also leased 2,412 square feet bringing the property to approximately 94 percent occupancy.
The 227,225-square-foot shopping center has attracted many national tenants including Off Broadway, which leased 17,849 square feet in December. All three tenants have a tentative late spring opening date.
Town Center Plaza is at 425 Barrett Parkway. It is currently anchored by Marshalls and T.J. Maxx. Developed in 1989, the retail building is on 19 acres in the Town Center/Marietta retail submarket.
