Jonathan Hicks joined SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) as senior vice president and co-market leader in the firm’s Houston office.
Hicks has spent more than a decade in the commercial real estate industry. Most recently, he represented national, regional, and local tenants in assessing, planning, and executing market development strategy in Houston as vice president with EDGE Realty Partners, including overseeing Dunkin Donuts entry in to the Houston market.
In addition to Dunkin Donuts, Hicks has worked on behalf of Tuesday Morning, Firehouse Subs, Cash America and Public Storage.
Hicks earned his bachelor’s degree and Master’s Degree from Texas A&M University.
