Dallas retail real estate firm SRS Real Estate Partners said Tuesday that its been hired by medical firm PrimaCare to expand its locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
SRS Real Estate said that PrimaCare plans to “add several new ones in the coming year with a strategic growth plan.”
The health clinic firm currently has 11 locations and was recently purchased by Nextcare Holdings Inc.
“Medical operators are moving into the retail world because people are requiring a more convenient and accessible experience,” Mark Reeder, SRS executive vice president, said in a statement.
PrimaCare has been in business since 1979.
