RICHARDSON, Texas – Austin-based Alamo Drafthouse Cinema has zeroed in on its first location in North Texas, inking a 15-year lease for 30,000 square feet in Richardson Heights Shopping Center.
Jerry Averyt of Henry S. Miller Brokerage LLC represented the tenant. Frank Bullock and Tyler Isbell of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the Houston-based landlord, Hartman Short Term Properties XX Inc., an affiliate of Hartman Income REIT.
The cinema’s new footprint will front Interstate 75 at its intersection with Belt Line Road. Hartman acquired the 200,000-square-foot shopping center at 100 Central Expressway in January 2011.
