Hagopian Enterprises, a local family-owned business, acquired the auto dealership at 325 SR 17M in Monroe, NY from Istar Financial, Inc. for $3 million, or $75 per square foot.
The new owner will occupy and operate their business at this location. The 40,000-square-foot property was built in 2000 in the Monroe submarket of Orange County on 11.3 acres.
