Texas Land Group has bought a little over half an acre at Burleson Commons Shopping Center for a proposed Golden Chick Restaurant.
The shopping center, at Texas 174 and Farm Road 731, will be anchored by a future Kroger Marketplace now under construction. Other restaurants in the center are Qdoba Mexican Grill, Smashburger, Panda Express and Roscoe’s BBQ.
Mark Reeder and Tyler Isbell of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the seller, Cullinan Properties. Cody Lee of Wilco Realtors represented the buyer.
