Hartman Income REIT has leased a 1,585-square-foot space to Gold Max at Prestonwood Park in Plano.
Tyler Isbell and Jack Burgher with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT in the transaction. Maury Levy and Rob Solls with UCR represented the tenant, Gold Max.
Prestonwood Park is on the northeast corner of West Park Boulevard and Midway Road between the retail corridor that surrounds The Shops at Willow Bend Mall and Prestonwood Baptist Church. Area retailers include Home Depot, Costco, OfficeMax, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michael’s and Petsmart.
