WE Valoroso Holding Corp. sold the Hilltop Shops at Woodlands Village at 2500 S. Woodlands Blvd. in Flagstaff to Red Mountain Retail Group for $4 million. Alfred Hackbarth, Ed Beeh, Chuck Gibson and Jami Savage of SRS Real Estate Partners in Phoenix represented the seller. The buyer of this 47,772 square-foot, 6.67 acre shopping center was self-represented. Retailers in the shopping center include Anytime Fitness, Taverna Greek Grill and Planet Beach.
