Five Guys Burgers and Fries Continues to Expand in Central Texas
(Austin, Texas) September 16, 2009 – Five Guys Burgers and Fries announces the opening of two new locations in the Austin/Temple area. A 2,500 sf space at Bird Creek Crossing in Temple, TX and 2,851 sf at The Arboretum in Austin, TX.
In addition to these two deals, SRS Real Estate Partners completed three more transactions for Five Guys within a year including 2,605 sf at Market Heights Shopping Center in Harker Heights, Texas; 2,208 sf space at Quarry Village Shopping Center in San Antonio, Texas; 2,497 sf space at 3208 Guadalupe in Austin, Texas.
Five Guys currently operates five locations in Central Texas for a total of over 300 locations in 25 states and plans to continue their expansion with an estimated 15 additional deals in Central Texas.
