Fit Factory Nutrition has signed a lease to occupy 1,096 square feet at The Shops at Mockingbird, which is located at 4560 West Mockingbird Lane between Roper Street and Haggar Way.
Tim Thompson of Crestview Real Estate represented the tenant in this lease negotiation. Jack Burgher and Brad Gibbs of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, Cypress Equities.
The Shops at Mockingbird is an 80,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located near the intersection of Mockingbird Lane and Lemmon Avenue just west of the Dallas North Tollway. Tenants include LA Fitness, Leslie’s Pool Supplies, Family Dollar, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, and the United States Postal Service.
Fit Factory Nutrition is start-up operation being developed by Texas cousins Kyle Pippins and Jared Schrom. Both grew up active in sports and have made nutrition, supplements and training a significant part of their lives. Pippins participates in bodybuilding competitions placing high in national qualifiers, while Schrom spent a number of years in the Texas Rangers farm system and has since been focusing on athletic weight training and nutrition.
Fit Factory Nutrition is slated to open in summer 2012.
