ORLANDO, FLA. (February 3, 2012) – Firestone Complete Auto Care has leased 1.51 acres at 10135 Bloomingdale Avenue in Riverview, Fla. The pad site is an outparcel to Home Depot directly across from Target at US Highway 301 and Bloomingdale Avenue. Firestone Complete Auto Care celebrated its grand opening in December with an appearance from Mario Andretti.
Blake Hunter of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord, SAM Riverview, LLC, in the transaction. Michael Chadwick of The Shopping Center Group represented the tenant, Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC.
