Travis Fidel has joined SRS Real Estate Partners as an associate with its National Net Lease Group in the Newport Beach, CA office. In his new role, Fidel will focus on single-tenant, net-lease investment properties, as well as 1031 Exchange buyer tracking.
Fidel was previously with CBRE where he used his background in investment banking and marketing to create advertising campaigns and track performance.
Fidel earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado and he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
