Barre3 has leased 1.5k sf of ground floor retail spaces at Colonnade, a 167-unit luxury apartment community located at 4750 El Camino Real in Los Altos. The property is situated near the intersection of San Antonio Rd and El Camino Real, directly across from the San Antonio Shopping Center.
Barre3, an exercise studio that combines ballet with yoga and pilates, plans to open in early 2015. The addition of Barre3 will provide residents with options that enhance an active lifestyle at Colonnade, which also houses a state-of-the-art fitness center with spa, abundant bike parking and a landscaped rooftop deck.
Colonnade’s retail space is now 85 percent leased and includes such tenants as The Vitamin Shoppe and Jos. A. Bank. Colonnade is a 167-unit luxury apartment community located near the intersection of San Antonio Road and El Camino Real, and directly across from the San Antonio Shopping Center. The apartments are scheduled to start leasing in early 2015.
