Einstein Bros. Bagels will open a new restaurant location within the West 7th mixed-use development.
The 2,535-square-foot café, to be situated at the southwest corner of West Seventh and Norwood Streets, will seat approximately 40 people. The new Einstein Bros. Bagels café is slated to open in spring 2013.
The team of Rodger Chieffalo of Chieffalo Realty plus Frank Bullock and Carey Shagets of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the landlord in the lease transaction. Myles Kelley of Realty Ventures represented the merchant throughout lease negotiations.
West 7th is a blend of pedestrian-friendly urban elements positioned in a mixed-use community offering retail, entertainment, office and residential. The 13-acre development is located on 7th Street and University Drive near the Fort Worth business and cultural districts.
