DSW, a footwear specialty store, has leased 25,500 square feet in McGregor Square Shopping Center on Airport Boulevard and McGregor Avenue, and construction starts soon, according to Josh Burmeister and Buff Teague of SRS Real Estate Partners, who represented the landlord. DSW carries brand-name shoes and athletic footwear for men and women.
