NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – Dick’s Sporting Goods, one of the nation’s largest, full-line sporting goods retailers, has leased 50,000 square feet in Fresno, Calif. The new store will be located at 3310 West Shaw Avenue in Arbor Faire retail center and is the first Dick’s Sporting Goods location in Fresno and the second in central California.
Scott Riddles, executive vice president and market leader for SRS Real Estate Partners’ Newport Beach office, along with Tom Anderson and Shane Anderson of Commercial Retail Associates, represented Dick’s Sporting Goods in the transaction.
