Dick’s Sporting Goods signed three leases in the New York metro area. The leases include a 47,600-sq.-ft. deal at Jericho Turnpike in Commack, N.Y.; a 40,900-sq.-ft. deal at Old Country Road in Riverhead, N.Y. and a 94,000-sq.-ft. deal in West Nyack, N.Y.
