FORT WORTH-Toppers Pizza leased 1,700 square feet at its first Texas location on the southeast corner of West Berry Street and Cockrell Avenue, just east of South University Drive, in Fort Worth. Rick Ikeler and Brad Gibbs with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant, Toppers Pizza in the transaction. The landlord is Potomac Street Investments LLC.
