Champions School of Real Estate has leased 3,589 square feet of space at Village at Camp Bowie shopping center located along Camp Bowie Boulevard between Westridge Avenue and Winthrop Avenue. This is the school’s seventh campus in Texas. Rick Ikeler of SRS Real Estate Partners and Henry Santamaria with Patrick Henry Properties represented the tenant. Easley Waggoner and Elizabeth Ellenwood of Venture Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, Village at Camp Bowie I, L.P.
