David's Bridal, a Pennsylvania-based bridal-store chain with more than 30 locations throughout California, signed a 10-year lease for 10,343 square feet at the Point West Plaza Shopping Center in Sacramento, CA.
Constructed in 1974, the Point West Plaza is a nearly 200,000-square-foot retail center located along Arden Way in the Arden/Watt/Howe Retail submarket. The recently renovated center is home to Hobby Lobby, Kohl's, Old Navy, Petco and Pier 1 Imports.
Tom Power of SRS Real Estate Partners brokered the transaction on behalf of David's Bridal. Tom Souza of Sansome Pacific Properties and Vic DeMelo of Browman Development Co. represented the landlord.
