Dallas-based real estate brokerage SRS Real Estate Partners has hired a new president for its North American business, who will focus on strategically growing the firm’s brokerage operations.
The company has hired Woody McMinn for the post.
McMinn most recently was the COO with Dallas-based UCR and oversaw company operations, such as corporate real estate, information technology, finance and broker support.
“His strong background and experience in the industry will add a lot of value to our company, and we are confident that he will successfully lead the growth of our brokerage services team,” CEO Chris Maguire said.
Along with McMinn’s C-level experience with UCR, he also worked as the chief administrative officer at Archon Group LP. During his tenure, Archon grew from 300 employees in four domestic offices to 3,000 employees in 26 offices throughout the globe.
Earlier this year, UCR was acquired by CBRE as the larger real estate brokerage expanded its retail platform. The combined entity now operates as CBRE | UCR.
