Jonathan Adler has recently leased 3,000 square feet of retail space adjacent to the Apple Store on McKinney Avenue in Dallas. The store will open its first Dallas store Friday. Restaurants America has leased 5,810 square feet of retail space at Mockingbird Station in the site previously occupied by Vapiano in Dallas. The site will house a new concept from the group that is known for Primebar in Uptown Dallas and Townhouse Kitchen + Bar in North Dallas. Aaron Stephenson, Zachary Porter and Brett Madden of Retail Street Advisors represented the landlord, Mockingbird Station.
