Fans of fine Indian cuisine will soon have a new option at the Village on the Green, the mixed-use development adjacent to the Galleria in Dallas.
Village on Green announced Thursday that its has reached a lease agreement with the operators of Mughlai Restaurant, which is scheduled to open in July at Alpha and Noel roads.
The 4,043-square-foot restaurant is owned by Javeed Khan and his wife, Sonia. They are part of a family with 30 years of experience in running upscale restaurants, according to the release.
Stephen Rury of Dominus Commercial Inc. represented Mughlai Restaurant in the transaction. Village on the Green was represented by Lee Loftis and Jack Burgher of SRS Real Estate Partners.
