Chicken Express has purchased a 1-acre pad site at the northwest corner of West Campbell Road and Lake Park Boulevard in Richardson. The restaurant plans to begin construction this summer. Restaurants America has leased 7,201 square feet of office space at 1400 Hi Line Drive in the Dallas Design District for its new sports pub concept Central Standard. Central Standard is scheduled to open in the fall. Michael Miller and Jason Puig of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant, Restaurants America.
